Provided the Charity Nomination Form is filled out at least two weeks in advance of a meeting, and it has been vetted and approved, the nominating member and their charity will automatically be entered in the draw each quarter.

At the end of each meeting, three charities are drawn from the hat. Successful drawees are notified, giving them three months to prepare their presentations.

At each meeting, after the opening remarks, either the nominating member or a representative of each charity being considered will be asked to make a 5-minute, simple presentation in favour of their charity. That is followed by six minutes for Q&A. The membership in attendance then cast their votes.

If your bid is unsuccessful, the process simply repeats.

If your charity IS chosen, you are then free to nominate another one in the future!
