If you cannot attend a meeting, you have three options:
You can click on the “Make Your Meeting Donation Now” button on our homepage, or follow the link provided in the meeting summary email. You will be directed to our Make Your Meeting Donation website page which includes the instructions below.
- To make an Interac e-Transfer:
- Sign into online banking
- Select Interac e-Transfer from the menu
- Enter 100 Women Who Care Guelph as a contact
- Send your $100 donation to donations@100womenwhocareguelph.com.; or
2) You can send your cheque with a trusted friend to the meeting. Make the cheque out to 100 Women Who Care Guelph, with the chosen charity name in the memo line; or
3) You can mail your donation cheque to the steering committee member who tracks our pledged dollars and then deposits it into our account.
After the meeting, the membership will receive an email announcing the chosen charity, which will include these instructions for making out your cheque and the address of the steering committee member.
Please send your outstanding cheques to us promptly, to guarantee that we can make the group’s donation in a timely fashion.
After recording your donation, we will transfer the money to the chosen charity, who will be responsible for sending you a tax receipt.
